We hereby inform that, on 20th March, 2014, 270 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Invest. 2012 - 34ª Emissão PC - PROG.37,5 M.EUR", under the code MO2AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 1st April, 2014.
