We hereby inform that, on 15th April, 2014, 800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Amoreiras Center - Sociedade Imobiliária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Amoreiras Center 2012 - 28ª Emissão PC - PRG 40 M EUR (BST)", under the code AM1FJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 15th May, 2014.
