We hereby inform that, on 29th May, 2014, 400 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Invest. 2012 - 39ª Emissão PC - PROG.37,5 M.EUR", under the code MO1AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 13th June, 2014.
