We hereby inform that, on 18th July, 2014, 150.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Certificados Est. s/ Banco Espirito Santo LONG 2X Index", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KFGDYP. These certificates are fungible with 100.000 certificates already issued (total amount in circulation: 250.000).
