We hereby inform that, on 31th July, 2014, 600 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SONAE INVESTIMENTOS 2014 - 2ª EM. PC - PRG 30 M EUR (BST)", under the code MO1BJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 1st September, 2014.
