We hereby inform that, on 4^th September, 2014, 1.400 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SONAE - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae S.G.P.S. 2014 - 3ª Emissão PC - Prg 70 M EUR (BST)", under the code SONLJM.

This issue will be cancelled on 4^th March, 2015.
