We hereby inform that, on 4th September, 2014, 750.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Certificados Est. s/ Portugal Telecom LONG 3X Index", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KFG8YP. These certificates are fungible with 250.000 certificates already issued (total amount in circulation: 1.000.000).
