We hereby inform that, on 14th November, 2014, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SONAE Indústria - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Indústria - 18ª Emissão PC - PRG 100 M", under the code S3P1JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 24th November, 2014.
