We hereby inform that, on 7th January, 2015, 30 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Grupo Visabeira - S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "Grupo Visabeira - 1ª Emissão PC - Prg 1,5 M EUR", under the code GVBKJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 2nd February, 2015.
