We hereby inform that, on 22th January, 2015, 160 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Mota Engil - 64ª Emissão PC - PRG 30 M EUR (Banif)", under the code MT2WJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 23th February, 2015.
