We hereby inform that, on 16th February, 2015, 40 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil, Engenharia e Construção, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "MOTA ENGIL - 67ª EM PC - PRG 30.000.000 EUR (BANIF)", under the code MT21JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 18th March, 2015.
