We hereby inform that, on 16th April, 2015, 600 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Invest. 2014 - 6ª Emissão PC - PROG.30 M.EUR (BST)", under the code MO2AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 18th May, 2015.
