We hereby inform that, on 30th April, 2015, 300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company NOS, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "NOS - 42ª em PC - PRG 60 M. EUR (Banco BIC Português) ", under the code ZM1XJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 7th May, 2015.
