We hereby inform that, on 4th May, 2015, 1.500.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Certificados Est. s/ EURO STOXX 50 Future Short 4X Index", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KFIJYP. These certificates are fungible with 500.000 certificates already issued (total amount in circulation: 2.000.000).
