We hereby inform that, on 6th May, 2015, 1.970 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Teixeira Duarte - Gestão de Participações de Investimentos Imobiliários, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Teixeira Duarte - GPII - 10ª em PC 2013 Grupado - PRG 98.500.000 EUR (BESI)", under the code TI1FJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 7th July, 2015.
