We hereby inform that, on 29th June, 2015, 3.985 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Teixeira Duarte - 10ª em PC - PRG 199.250.000 EUR (BESI)", under the code TDUNJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 28th August, 2015.
