We hereby inform that, on 26th October, 2015, 200 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company UPSTAR Comunicações, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "UPSTAR Comunicações - 2ª em PC - PRG. 20 M. EUR (Banco BIC Port.)", under the code UPTBJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 25th January, 2016.
