We hereby inform that, on 11th December, 2015, 40 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company UPSTAR Comunicações, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "UPSTAR Comunicações - 3ª em PC - PRG. 20 M. EUR (Banco BIC Port.)", under the code UPTCJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 11th January, 2016.
