We hereby inform that, on 16th December, 2015, 4.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDP - 314ª Emissão PC - PRG. 200 M. EUR (BST)", under the code ED1SJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 16th March, 2016.
