We hereby inform that, on 22th December, 2015, 500 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SECIL - Companhia Geral de Cal e Cimento, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SECIL - 136ª Emissão PC - PRG 50 M. EUR (HAITONG Bank)", under the code GS9AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 5th January, 2016.
