We hereby inform that, on 28th December, 2015, 200 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SECIL - Companhia Geral de Cal e Cimento, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SECIL - 137ª EM PC - PRG 50.000.000 EUR ", under the code GS2GJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 27th January, 2016.
