We hereby inform that, on 4th February, 2016, 60 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SONAE Indústria - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Indústria - 153ª Emissão PC - PRG 100 M (CBI)", under the code SO1RJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 15th February, 2016.
