Merger of TCI AM in TCC AM

NOTICE N.º 1294/16

Subsequent to the merger operation between Cofidis - S.G.P.S., S.A. and Banco Cofidis, S.A., by incorporation of the former in the latter, on 7^th December, 2016 the share capital of Banco Cofidis, S.A. was increased, by issue of 20.369.095 new ordinary shares, registered under code TCC AM. On the same date, the registry of shares TCI AM of Cofidis - S.G.P.S., S.A. was cancelled.
