Sponsors and Advisors Euronext Dublin

Euronext operates two markets in Dublin: Euronext Dublin and Euronext Growth operated by Euronext Dublin.

A sponsor liaises between Euronext Dublin and the company and performs a lead role in the listing process, by ensuring the company meets all applicable criteria for listing.

The appointment of a sponsor by the issuer is mandatory for an admission to each of these markets as follows:

Euronext Growth - Euronext Growth Listing Sponsor

Equity sponsor

The role of the Equity Sponsor is to advise companies seeking admission or already listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.

The role of the Euronext Growth Listing Sponsor is to assess an applicant for admission to Euronext Growth and advise existing Euronext Growth companies on their compliance responsibilities.
