Subsequent to the extinction of Banco Internacional de Crédito, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Banco Espírito Santo, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 30th December, 2005, of 30.000.000 shares, book-entry, registered, under the code BIC AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
