Change of the corporate name and capital increase of CRD

We hereby inform that, on 23^th March, 2006, the corporate name of "CREDIBOM - Sociedade Financeira para Aquisições a Crédito, S.A." was changed to "CREDIBOM - Instituição Financeira de Crédito, S.A.".

Also, we inform that, on the same date, 9.600.000 shares were registered, with a nominal value of 5,00 EUR each, representing the increase of the share capital from 10.000.000,00 to 58.000.000,00 EUR of , under the code CRD AM.
