We hereby inform that, on 7^th April, 2006, the share capital of ITI - Sociedade de Investimentos Turísticos na Ilha da Madeira, S.A. was decreased from 21.000.000,00 to 4.200.000,00 EUR, under the codes ITI AM And ITI AE.

Also, we inform that, on the same date, was the increase of the share capital from 4.200.000,00 to 8.000.000,00 EUR. The resulting shares has been registered in the Securities Central, under the code ITI AM.
