We hereby inform that, on 28th April, 2006, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the company SECIL, BETÃO e INERTES - S.G.P.S., S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the code SBI AE, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
