We hereby inform that, on 28th April, 2006, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the company CAVIGEST - S.G.P.S., S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the codes CVG AM, CVG RM e CVG1RM, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
