We hereby inform that, on 24^th July, 2006, the corporate name of "GALP SERVIÇOS - Serviços e Consultadoria de Apoio a Gestão Empresarial, S.A." was changed to "GALP Energia, S.A.". The representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code GLS AM.
