We hereby inform that, on 20^th September, 2006, the share capital of PT MULTIMÉDIA - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia - S.G.P.S., S.A. was reduced from 250.368.430,68 to 30.909.682,80 EUR, by changing the nominal value from 0,81 to 0,10 EUR, under the code PTM AM and PTM1AM.
