Change of the corporate name of SGNL- Sociedade Portuguesa de Gás Natural Liquefeito, S.A

We hereby inform that, on 10^th January, 2007, the corporate name of "SGNL- Sociedade Portuguesa de Gás Natural Liquefeito, S.A." was changed to "REN Atlântico, Terminal de GNL, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code TGL AM.
