We hereby inform that, on 11^th January, 2007, the corporate name of "Siderurgia Nacional - Empresa de Serviços, S.A." was changed to "SNESGES - Administração e Gestão de Imóveis e Prestação de Serviços, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code SES AM.
