We hereby inform that, on 26th January, 2007, the share capital of FITOR - Companhia Portuguesa de Têxteis, S.A. was reduced from 7.512.184,00 to 3.756.092,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value from 2,00 to 1,00 EUR, under the code FIT AP.
