Subsequent to the extinction of CELPINUS - Empresa de Desenvolvimento Agro-florestal, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Lazer e Floresta - Empresa de Desenvolvimento Agro-florestal, Imobiliária e Turística, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 31th January, 2007, of 3.020.049 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code CPU AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
