We hereby inform that, on 12th February, 2007, 2.500.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Certificados sobre o Millennium BCP - Ago 2006/Jun 2011", issued by Banco Millennium BCP Investimento, S.A., were registered, under the code BIWLYE. These mutual funds are fungible with 1.250.000 mutual funds already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.750.000).
