Merger of TRG AM in GDD AM

NOTICE N.º 0151/07

Subsequent to the merger operation between TRANSGÁS - S.G.P.S., S.A. and GDP Distribuição - S.G.P.S., S.A., by incorporation of the former in the latter, on 12^th February, 2007 the share capital of GDP Distribuição - S.G.P.S., S.A. was increased, by issue of 10.800.000 new ordinary shares, registered under code GDD AM. On the same date, the registry of shares TRG AM of TRANSGÁS - S.G.P.S., S.A. was cancelled.
