We hereby inform that, on 28th May, 2007, the share capital of PT Multimédia - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia - S.G.P.S., S.A. was reduced from 30.909.682,00 to 3.090.968,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value from 0,10 to 0,01 EUR, under the code PTM AM and PTM1AM.
