We hereby inform that, on 11th June, 2007, the corporate name of "PortucelSoporcel Abastecimento - Empresa de Abastecimento, Logística e Comercialização de Madeiras, S.A." was changed to "Enerforest - Empresa de Biomassa para Energia, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code PSO AM.
