We hereby inform that, on 19^th June, 2007, the corporate name of "TORRALTA - Clube Internacional de Férias, S.A." was changed to "TROIARESORT - Investimentos Turísticos, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code TOR AE.
