We hereby inform that, on 14^th August, 2007, the corporate name of "SGHD - Sociedade Gestora do Hospital das Descobertas, S.A." was changed to "Hospital CUF Descobertas, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code SGD AM.
