We hereby inform that, on 8^th October, 2007, the corporate name of "SOPORCEL - Gestão de Participações Sociais - S.G.P.S., S.A." was changed to "PORTUCELSOPORCEL FLORESTA, SGPS, SA". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code SGS AM.
