We hereby inform that, on 11^th October, 2007, 100.000.000.000 ordinary bonds of company Instituto de Gestão do Crédito Público were registered, regarding the loan "OT 5,45% Setembro 2013", which auction took place on 10^th October, 2007, under the code OTEGOE. These bonds are fungible with 504.269.626.013 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 604.269.626.013).
