Cancellation of the registry of CIN AE

NOTICE N.º 1405/07

We hereby inform that, on 4^th December, 2007, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the CIN - Corporação Industrial do Norte, S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the code CIN AE, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
