Subsequent to the extinction of COFINA.com II - S.G.P.S., S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Mediafin, SGPS, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 7th January, 2008, of 40.000.000 ordinary shares, book-entry and bearer, under the code CFC AE, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
