Subsequent to the extinction of SOPOL - Sociedade Geral de Construções e Obras Públicas, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "OPCA - Obras Públicas e Cimento Armado, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 16th January, 2008, of 7.780.000 ordinary shares, certificate and bearer, under the code SPO AP, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
We inform that, on the same date, the corporate name of "OPCA - Obras Públicas e Cimento Armado, S.A." was changed to "OPWAY - ENGENHARIA, S.A.".
