We hereby inform that, on 28^th January, 2008, the corporate name of "ALCO - Algodoeira Comercial e Industrial - S.G.P.S., S.A." was changed to "Sovena Group - SGPS, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code ALC AE.
