Subsequent to the extinction of RCI Gest Leasing - Sociedade de Locação Financeira Mobiliária, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "RCI GEST - IFIC, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 30th January, 2008, of 763.000 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code GTL AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
