Subsequent to the merger operation between FIDIS Retail Portugal - Aluguer de Veículos, S.A. and FIAT Distribuidora Portugal, S.A., by incorporation of the former in the latter, on 14th February, 2008 the share capital of FIAT Distribuidora Portugal, S.A. was increased, by issue of 10.000 new ordinary shares, registered under code FIA AM. On the same date, the registry of shares FDR AM of FIDIS Retail Portugal - Aluguer de Veículos, S.A. was cancelled.
