We hereby inform that, on 22^th February, 2008, the corporate name of "PT-Multimédia - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia, S.G.P.S., S.A." was changed to "ZON Multimédia - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia - S.G.P.S., S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code ZON AM (PTZON0AM0006).
